No Return Policy for Hair Oil, Body Oil, and Herbal Remedies

However, due to the nature of certain products, we have established a strict "No Return Policy" for items such as hair oil, body oil, herbal remedies and digital downloads. Nature of the Products:

  • Hair Oil: Our hair oil products contain delicate and natural ingredients that may be susceptible to contamination and alteration if opened or used. To maintain the highest level of quality and safety, we cannot accept returns for hair oil products.

  • Body Oil: Body oils are personal care products that come into direct contact with the skin. For hygiene and safety reasons, once these products have been opened or used, we cannot accept returns.

  • Herbal Remedies: Herbal remedies often have specific storage requirements, and their effectiveness can be compromised if not stored correctly. To ensure the efficacy and safety of our herbal remedies, we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened.

  • Digital Downloads: No returns nor refunds

Exceptions: We understand that there may be instances where the product you receive is damaged or defective upon arrival. In such cases, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Cancellation of Orders: If you wish to cancel an order for hair oil, body oil, or herbal remedies, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests made after this timeframe may not be accommodated.

Refunds and Exchanges: As a general rule, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products covered by our "No Return Policy." Exceptions will only be made in the event of a damaged or defective product, subject to our inspection and evaluation.

Individual results may vary.

We can not be responsible for any allergies or adverse reactions to any of our products.
